GUY BROWN
General Manager

Guy's experience in the heavy equipment business began in 1972.  He has managed a rental company and has been sales manager for various lines of heavy equipment.  Guy was a sales representative for a large Caterpillar dealer for 15 years prior to joining the team at Conley Lott Nichols of Texas in 2004.  If there are any questions regarding heavy equipment, Guy is always glad to assist.

KEITH HOOKS
Sales

Keith has been in the heavy equipment industry since 1980, joining the Conley Lott Nichols sales team in 1995.  As a concrete specialist, he sells Gomaco pavers as well as all types of asphalt equipment.  Keith's reliability and expertise enables him to continually assist in all paving needs and stabilization of commercial and highway projects.

JERRY YATES
Service Manager

Jerry has been in the heavy equipment industry since 1977.  Starting as a technician, he wound his way through the various aspects of the business: sales, rentals, management, and for the past 20 years, service.  Jerry worked 11 years at a Caterpillar dealership before landing at Conley Lott Nichols in 2008 to manage a team that puts fast, reliable service above all else.

DINA SCHULTZ
Office Administration

Claiming second in longevity, Dina joined Conley Lott Nichols as a stenographer in 1972.  She now works the switchboard and assists in accounting and general office administration.  Her versatility comes in handy with the various hats she wears.
